The booking, sightseeing and cancellation terms that apply to tours, hotels and transport arranged by Aditya Tours & Travels.
Please be informed that commercial & private vehicles are not allowed to do the entire movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg & Pahalgam due to local union restrictions at these particular places. Therefore, local vehicles can be booked by us or directly on the spot for the internal mentioned places.
A chained vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is to be booked directly on the spot in case of heavy snow. Please read the other information columns for a rate idea at particular places.
The Company is responsible only for those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services, and the Company is in no way bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
If, due to reasons beyond our control like riots, floods, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the tour mid-way due to any reason — such as death of a relative, illness or any other reason — there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
If the passenger has any complaint regarding our services like hotels, house boats, transport etc., they are advised to inform us immediately at +0 9419050237 so that the same can be readdressed on the spot. No complaint or refund for the same will be entertained after the tour program.
Cancellation charges closer to the travel date may be higher and will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. For any cancellation request, please contact us as early as possible.
